Dr. Louis L. Jin is a 4th-Generation traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) practitioner and Medical Qigong & Tai Chi instructor with almost 20 years of experience.
Dr. Louis has special interests in bridging the gap between East-West medicines in the diagnosing and treating disease spectrums of the 21st century through modalities of integrative, alternative, and complementary medicines.
Over the past decade, Dr. Louis is becoming a rising star of TCM in the U.S., as a strong advocate of holistic healing and a well-published author with 20 papers and six books.
Dr. Louis holds a Doctorate of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine from the American Academy of Health and Wellness in MN as well as a Diplomate of Oriental Medicine from the National Certified Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine.
Experience
Having served as the immediate past president of the Wisconsin Society of Acupuncturists, Dr. Louis is currently the secretary and deputy director of the International Institute of Systems Medicine, special advisor to the Young American Acupuncturists Association, director of the Chinese Medicine Luobing Society of America, chair of the Membership for the American Traditional Chinese Medicine Association and secretary of the ATCMA's Medical Qigong & Taiji Committee, as well as a specially-appointed researcher at Sino-US Joint Institute of Acupuncture and Rehabilitation of Wenzhou Medical Univ., China.
Dr. Louis co-produced Milwaukee-filmed short documentary titled (The Point Is) is a first-place prize-winning ("BEST CINEMATOGRAPHY") 2019 independent film festival outlining alternative healing ways, including acupuncture, in the fight against the opioid crisis.

Dr. Louis specializes in using Acu-Reflex Point Acupuncture, (an anti-inflammatory protocol of needling), reflexology/acupressure, head-based micro-stimulation(auricular, scalp, cheek, etc), Chinese herbology, cupping, medical qigong, taiji, daoyin to regain proper mental health (stress/depression/anxiety/PTSD, etc), recover normal neurological dysfunctions (neurogenic pain, nerve impingement, paralysis, neuropathy), perform visceral manipulation (organ flush/detox/nourish), and alleviate intractable pains and ailments.
