At that point, we will have to re-schedule if the patient arrives after the “grace period”.
Please note, beginning Monday, July 10, 2023, for any new patient’s first treatment / visit, a $50 deposit is required to book the appointment. This deposit can be made with a credit/debit over the phone (recommended) or paid in-person at the office at the time of booking, will be applied toward the first treatment fee when patient arrives for the first visit. If a patient needs to cancel the first treatment/visit and cannot provide 24-hours’ notice, the deposit will be used for the fees incurred. As always, the same amount ($50) fee is invoiced / assessed on the credit card on file for any late cancellations received within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment or “no-shows”.
